More of a bounty than expected.
2
Instructions.
3
Needed items. [Note internal of seal is full of grease.
4
New bolts seem like old bolts.
5
Spacer plate is stuck to the old cylinder.
6
A bit of careful prying got them apart.
7
Some of the old seal welded itself to the shaft.
8
Confirm the new part matches the spacer.
9
Clean up.
10
New crush washers included. The rubber part is very fiddly to get onto the threads.
11
Had to screw them on by fingertip.
12
Lined up and ready to be fastened.
13
Like so.
14
Do yourself a favor and use the closed ends so they stay in place while you aren't holding them.
15
On most other master cylinders this part starts flat and extends as the fluid drops. This one is fixed and barely leaves any room for fluid.
16
Hard to follow the directions in the manual when the installed part doesn't match.
17
30 minutes of bleeding later.
18
About the desired height (top of window).
19
The gasket marked #6 looks different in the manual. No way can you fill the reservoir to within 6mm of the top.

22
All done. Much better than before.
23
That seal is a mess. No wonder it leaked.

Only 10K miles since the last cylinder was installed. Shameful.
