Somehow I managed to find a spot here where I could fit the van. |
Was not able to remove the wood panel so I had to guess where the hole in the sheet metal behind it was and just go for it. |
Not bad. First guess in pencil was pretty good but I knew it was a bit off. |
Gonna need to make the hole bigger so the nose of the tool can fit in and press against the metal. |
Taking a break from that other work to try and extract the jack kit anchor. These oval covers are not going to help me. |
That plastic feels like it is glued down. Had to excise a bit to get the socket in. |
This will continue to do its job, just somewhere else in the van. |
Not the way I would recommend doing it, but it worked. |
Nose of the tool is 7/8", so this 1" hole didn't have to be perfect. |
I have no idea what I am doing. |
Tool is loaded, maybe. |

Ready for a tie down anchor! |
Neighbors pointed out this fence is moving. |
When you have a wood floor you can do crazy stuff like screw things to it. |
Newly cut to length, the wheel well cover is now ready to be the battery platform again. |
