Fridge straps will be like this for the drive up to the campground. Wish me luck.
Playing tetris with the stuff on the floor.
Putting as much as I can in the overhead bins now.

Will this stuff stay put?
More like how the dog crate usually is.
He was a bit dubious about this crate the first few days but now he's got it dialed.
Our first leg of the trip.
Stop in the quickie mart to get some gatorade and some Lays chips too.
Ice House road is also under construction road. About three miles have had the asphalt removed in preparation for adding some new.
Good time to catch up on texts etc.
Moving. Slowly.
Delay was not that bad. This time I notice the camp host before I get to the campsite and don't want to move.
Now we are set to park and stay parked for 5 nights.
Fire pit is preloaded to go BOOOM. These did make great kindling for the whole stay.
Stuff moved. The ratchet set whose lid I could not find scattered its bits all over. Fun! A quest!
Steve and Sherri were already here.
Koba is happy to be off the road.
This campsite is rather spacious, and has some lake view. Also some outhouse fumes, but, such is life.
Cocktail hour is at Sherri's parents rig.
Sherri is now running the bar. Call me shocked, but call me first in line.
I sits way over here in the nearest shade.
It is also beef taco hour.
Forgot to carry the little folding table over so one has to be resourceful.
One hopes this isn't just a fad.
Steve has a gift for the bike riders.
Had to remove the original bell on this bike to install the electric motor controls so this is perfect.
Conveniently located near the bathrooms, trash bin, and water spigot. And all the people in camp who come by to use them.
Unlike his old crate, this one is easy to pop out of the van, and he chooses to use it. Sweet.
Setting a few of these aside to take home.
Walking down to the lake and these wildflowers were abundant on the hill. Decided to take some macro shots and they were all packed with insects.

We had been staring at a wall of growing thunderheads while driving up here and were wondering if they were over camp or higher up the mountain. Now we know.
Check out my Koba side-eye impression.

If ever I get this spot again I'll back in on the other half of the pad.
Got preoccupied with parking in shade or sun and forgot that level is important too. Considering how much work they put into sculpting the terrain in this campground, the pads are not as level as most. Good thing I left the leveling blocks at home since they were usually dead weight.
Fire o'clock is late this time of year.

Camera is supposed to process out any shaking. Nice skies though.
