This shot was to make a record of the sign they had up to lure people in with the offer of a free phone call to the US or Canada. But some random dude got in front of the sign. Evangelical churches are a US export that is taking hold in Mexico. The timeshare hard sell is here just like anywhere else in tourist's Mazatlan.
