  IMG_0462.JPG - The leaky shower pan that started it all. Contractor took a look at the drain and spotted the problem. Can be fixed in about an hour. So even though I've been avoiding using this for months now it will be restored to service only to be torn up a few months later. He's going to be onsite anyway so it is easy enough.
