IMG 3689 The resident swans of Ely. IMG 3690 This guy had a lot to say, and most of it probably meant, feed me already. IMG 3691 Breakfast. IMG 3692 Arby's, its like food. Trailer tires got aired up here. IMG 3697 You brought your own beer, right? IMG 3698
IMG 3699 The entire caravan. IMG 3701 The Utah-Nevada border. IMG 3703 What it would look like coming back. IMG 3704 Salt flat? IMG 3707 Nick probably would have preferred this for the whole trip. IMG 3709 Food here was not bad. Service was a bit slow.

IMG 3715 IMG 3716 Landscape starts looking more interesting. Sky starts looking more threatening. IMG 3717 Redstone. IMG 3718 Sandstone.
IMG 3719 IMG 3720 IMG 3721 IMG 3722 Real close now. IMG 3723 IMG 3726
IMG 3727 Is there a geologist in the house? IMG 3728 IMG 3729 IMG 3730 IMG 3732 IMG 3733
IMG 3735 Heading into Moab proper. IMG 3736 Your best friend. Your worst enemy. IMG 3737 Heading back out of town in search of camping. IMG 3739 We found dispersed camping about a half mile past the official campground. IMG 3740 IMG 3741 Bought a new tent for the trip. A week of car camping seemed to warrant it. One of the best decisions I've ever made.
IMG 3742 Choices are made for tent sites. There will be consequences. The pictures for the day ended when it started raining around sunset. IMG 3743 Day one camp. The "before" picture.
