IMG 6502 Maintenance time. IMG 6503 These things. IMG 6504 Get the number of links right. IMG 6505 Line up at this end. Stretch them out side by side. IMG 6506 Speaking of stretch. The old one is like 5mm longer than it used to be. IMG 6507 Once again could only start this by hand and had to stomp on the pedal to lock it fully.
IMG 6508 New chain starts at 0.25 when it begins to resist. IMG 6509 0.50 if you bear down. This is in the expected range. IMG 6510 Old chain starts at 0.50 with initial contact. IMG 6511 0.75 with a bit of pressure. IMG 6512 More than 0.75 if you bear down a bit. This is also about as expected. To the recycle bin! IMG 6514 New pad vs old. Old are actually not as worn as I thought they would be. Will keep them around in case urgent need for a set that will last a few rides.
IMG 6516 This is a reminder to find a new GPS mount that doesn't rub those cables.
